Each shirt is printed after you order it (2 to 5 business days), then shipped by U.S. standard shipping (3 to 5 business days). You get a tracking number when it ships.

$5.99 standard shipping in the U.S. We only ship to U.S. addresses for now.

Order by October 21 for the best chance of Halloween delivery in the U.S. Delivery times are estimates from our print partner and the carrier, not a guarantee.

Because each shirt is printed just for you, we can’t take returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Check the size before you order.

Email porchlight@support.discoverymarketing.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it free or refund you.

Email porchlight@support.discoverymarketing.io within 2 hours of ordering and we can change the address, size or color, or cancel and refund it, before it goes to print. After that it may already be printing, but write anyway and we’ll do what we can.

When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details to take the payment. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number.

Stripe for the payment, our print partner to print and ship your shirts to your address, and Meta to measure our ads (below). We don’t sell your information.

Yes, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit here, what you add to your cart and when you buy, with the order’s value. When you buy, our server also sends Meta that purchase, with details that help match it to an ad: your browser’s Meta cookie and, scrambled first, contact details such as your email. We use it only to see which ads work and to show them to people likely to want them. We also count visits with our own site analytics (Discovery Marketing’s): the pages you view and the ad or site that sent you, under a random ID kept in your browser.

Block or clear cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers. Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser also turns off our site analytics. On Facebook or Instagram, go to Accounts Center, then Ad preferences, to limit how activity from other websites shapes the ads you see.

About your order, yes (your receipt and shipping). We won’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
